This month, we are shining the spotlight on three incredible individuals who truly keep our district running day in and day out. These ladies are the heartbeat of our schools. Without them, things could quickly spiral into chaos. Their work often goes unseen, but it is absolutely essential… and not just anybody can do what they do!
💙Brenda Lohman – Bovill Secretary (18 Years)
Brenda has been a staple of the Bovill Cardinal family for nearly two decades. Known for her humor and fun-loving spirit, she brings joy into the office every single day. Brenda is welcoming, helpful, and has a genuine love for both the students and the Bovill community. This year marks a bittersweet moment, as Brenda has made the well-earned decision to retire. While we are excited for her next chapter, she will be deeply missed. Thank you, Brenda, for 18 years of laughter, dedication, and heart!
💛Kelsey Sutton – Deary Secretary & District Administrative Assistant (7 Years)
If you know Kelsey, you know Mustang Pride runs deep! A lifelong Deary Mustang, Kelsey embodies everything it means to care for her school and community. She is fun, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile for students, staff, and families. It’s safe to say that Kelsey is here for the long haul. Her dedication is unmatched, and her love for Deary shines through in everything she does.
💚Stephanie Fletcher – District Business Manager (14 Years)
Stephanie has worn multiple hats over her 14 years in the district and today serves as our District Business Manager – a role that is no small task. Dedicated, focused, and incredibly hardworking, Stephanie ensures that everything behind the scenes stays on track… including keeping the lights on! Her job is complex and often demanding, but she handles it with professionalism and precision. And when she’s not managing the district’s finances, you’ll likely find her enjoying time with her horse.
These three women are more than just staff – they are the foundation that supports everything we do. Their dedication, care, and commitment to our students and community do not go unnoticed.
